Integration Details

PayActiv for ADP Workforce Now is fully integrated with ADP Workforce Now. A business administrator can use the Payactiv app to subscribe, and their employees can enroll through SSO using their ADP credentials. With this integration, PayActiv can get employee PPI data using real-time API PULL, get time and attendance data using real-time or batch API PULL, and PUSH payroll deduction data as a batch through API once a pay period.

Data Sync Frequency

  • Employee Census: We run full sync once a week, usually on Sunday. For individual employees, we sync as soon as we receive a change event notification from ADP APIs about any information change.
    Time and Attendance: TA sync via API is only supported if the employer is using "Essential Time". We sync once a day for each employee usually at at start of the day:
    Deductions: We post deductions on the last day of the pay period for each employee.
