Regardless of whether the user is an employee or a temporary contractor, if they have data in your ADP Workforce Now® account it can sync over to a user profile in BIStrainer.
Scheduled Data Syncing
Most data will be updated shortly after a change is made in the ADP Workforce Now® system, but there are also scheduled nightly updates to ensure you start each day with the most up-to-date information.
User Profiles
Each employee will have a user profile within BIStrainer that is auto-populated with their information from ADP Workforce Now®. This will include their name, birthdate, phone numbers, emails, and other important details. Sensitive information like birthdates can also be encrypted so only a select group of admins within your company has access to view the data.
Auto-populating Digital Forms
With digital forms, you can add auto-populating fields that pull in user data like name, birthdate, and start date straight from their user profile, which has been originally populated from ADP Workforce Now®
Online Training
Within some online courses, there may be interactive forms that need to be completed. An example could be a tax form within your custom company orientation course. These forms can include a section that auto-populates with the user's data from their user profile, which in turn was populated by ADP Workforce Now®, so you will always have the most accurate information that matches your payroll system.
