Makeshift is user friendly, its function to switch shifts allows quick and easy shift trades and makes covering shifts easy. The app for iPhone works well and has no glitches, it displays availability and scheduled shifts clearly.
Simple features!
Makeshift is straightforward and simple to use. There are many great features and options. One improvement that I can think of is perhaps a better way to communicate stat holidays, time off, pay codes, etc. I know there is capability of this however there seems to be something lost in the translation between makeshift and ADP and some hours get missed.
