This application automates the manual data entry between Taleo Business Edition and ADP Workforce Now. The Application typically integrates data once every 24 hours although the customer may have this increased up to once every hour at no additional cost. The customer also has access to run the integration on demand if the need arises. The application has multiple pricing editions to allow the customer to choose which of the following manual data entry processes they wish to automate. 1. Pushing New Hire data FROM Taleo Business Edition TO ADP Workforce Now. 2. Pushing Employee updates from ADP Workforce Now TO Taleo Business Edition. 3. Pushing Organization/Location updates from ADP Workforce Now TO Taleo Business Edition. 4. Pushing Job Information updates from ADP Workforce Now TO Taleo Business Edition. The most commonly requested integration is 1. Pushing New Hire data FROM Taleo Business Edition to ADP Workforce Now. For this integration, some customers prefer the integration to create fully active Employee records in ADP while others prefer it to create Pending Hire records in ADP. Depending on which one the customer chooses, the list of fields available for each integration is shown below.
